Lake Zlatar

Lake Zlatar also known as Lake Kokin Brod belongs to the Uvac Nature Reserve. The lake is located at 888 m above sea level, is 24 km long, 1,5 km wide and 75 m deep. The lake’s outstandingly beautiful color ranges from translucent blue to shades of emerald green.

Catamaran tours around the lake and the Uvac canyon provide a closer look at the griffon vulture colony where these magnificent birds can be observed in their natural environment at close range. It is rich in pike perch and brown trout, char (up to 10 kg), large chub and other species of white fish.
